That’s entirely up to you. Most of our clients choose to go through the contents before we arrive. This way, they can remove any sentimental or valuable items themselves.
The furniture and other things which are left, will usually be donated to local charitable organizations so that they can continue being useful to other people.
If they’re not suitable for donation then they will be carefully and responsibly disposed of.
What if you don’t want to go through the items yourself? That’s something which we also come across and that’s also fine. If we come across anything of value - which does happen occasionally, then you will be informed of it and we can then either auction the items on your behalf for a small percentage, or you can simply take them back yourself.
